Hello guys,

I have a 10 gbps dedicated Windows server and using qBittorrent v4.4.2. I would like suggestions for my settings to get the most out of it. I have another shared seedbox(rutorrent) with 20 gbps down and 1 gbps up and it's a lot of times faster in seeding(upload) and even download so what could be the issue?

Windows is going to cripple you. Instead, I'd consider running Debian 11 base, then run Windows in a VirtualBox VM. You can run swizzin and even turn the vm on and off from the panel. From there, install the virtualbox guest additions, and you can mount-in the filesystem.

Sample of a setup (of only virtualbox) is here:

Many thinks that high internet port such as 10 gbps or 20 Gbps will make a strong seedbox. Forget this! The HDDs is the key. Check iotop to see if your HDD performance does not even need 1 gbps.

At for 4x240gb ssds, you better make stripe with stripe size > 64kb for best performance. Do not use Raid 0.
