Depends what you want to use it for, wordpress has free hosting - httpswordpress.com/pricing/
It's limited in some ways though - you can't make your own templates or plugins and you can't ftp to it

If you want something with all the features, siteground's pretty cheap - httpswww.siteground.com/wordpress-hosting.htm
