= Management and VPs explicitly asking Hadley crew to vote against union this week =

But it isn’t in violation from what the report said. The only possible violation is the badge issue

I’m not saying it’s a great look but it’s legal for an employer to run these sorts of meetings. What they cannot do is make threats, interrogate, make promises, or conduct surveillance of/spy on, or discriminate against employees

This is why you need a union. If this is the kind ofyou’re dealing with you need more of voice in decisions that affect you. This is blatantand shows complete contempt for the process. If your managers are either completely unaware of your rights or think they canyou, they deserve what they get. HuffPost labor reporter too, I hope this circulates widely

Completely unsurprised yet somehow still disappointed. Let this be evidence that management cares little for labor laws and will try to get away with whatever they can unless held accountable. The only way to hold them accountable is to unionize. Because no one but the crew will stick up for the crew. Rise up inverted pyramid!
