Ubuntu Server is normally a terminal screen with no GUI (GUI is like a Windows or Ubuntu, them have an visual, it's graphic

And RDP is a remote protocol, many users log into Windows VPS or connect others PCs

If i am wrong about something, please say to me.

Technically one can also install XRDP or other RDP-compatible servers on Linux, which then allow remoting to the Linux VPS (assuming a desktop environment like GNOME/XCFE etc is also installed).

In practice, if someone wanted RDP, usually they're also unfamiliar with Linux or want to run Windows-only apps.

Ubuntu VPS is a Virtual Private Server running Ubuntu-based linux OS. Usually, this is a "headless" VPS controlled remotely using an SSH connection.

RDP is a protocol from Microsoft that allows a remote connection to a supported remote PC that enables full visual, audio, and IO inputs as though you were using that remote resource with your local keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers.
