Hello, is it possible to sell personal adult content on a website made using WordPress and hosted by Bluehost?
Could I use Woocommerce PaymentsâÃÂàCredit card / debit card

I believe adult/explicit content is prohibited by both Bluehost and Woocommerce payments. While it is technically possible, you'd be in violation of their policies and TOC and your site could be pulled the moment BH discovers it. You'd have to double check but I'm 90% sure adult content is prohibited by both. You can use WordPress, but you'd need to find different hosting and an alternative payment gateway/processor.

Very few hosts and payment providers allow adult content.

That's a negative. Woo Payments uses Stripe and Adult Content is on Stripe's Restricted Business List.
On the Woo end, it's about finding a payment gateway that is okay with adult content. You'll need to reach out to the individual payment gateway team to see what their particular policies are in regards to adult content.
It doesn't appear Bluehost allows adult content either:
