= Vultr + RunCloud to WPX Hosting (or someone else)? =

Hi,
Looking for some recommendations to move from Vultr + RunCloud to a managed high-performance WordPress (and other potential software installs)

I currently have 5 x $5 Cloud Compute instances with RunCloud Pro/Business ($15/month). My usage is only about 15GB/month for all five sites. Total is around $40/month

WPX are highly recommended. They seem to offer excellent performance at a reasonable price. Are there any other ideal managed solutions as I'm looking to move away from self-managed hosting to something where I don't have to think (or worry) about it so much

I want to eventually host around 8-10 sites

Thank you,
Bec
UPDATE: Is Hostineer a good option? This is a hosting company by the creators of ApisCP

I use Runcloud and it’s pretty great. With their Pro plan iirc you can admin as many servers as you want and manage as many apps as you want, you could have 100 sites on 100 different servers if you really wanted to. Other server panels charge you out theper server, and they feel antiquated compared to runcloud. Those other panels probably are basically institutions by now and probably make their money just by being considered the default, they can package it cheap to resellers. Runcloud though feels like it’s always being developed but the interface stays consistent so you’re not constantly being confused by changes. I’d recommend it even for a single server with a single app on it

Hi CollectableRat,
Thanks for the feedback. I still think RunCloud is great, it's really the headache of managing it all. What I've found is that if I go with a managed provider (shared hosting not dedicated), I won't have root access or as much flexibility as I do with my current Vultr + RunCloud setup. Most of the hosts these days are geared towards WordPress hosting and don't offer much outside of this, WPX included

Thanks,
Bec
