It depends on how much traffic you are expecting

I've used hostwired.com. Their shared hosting is really cheap and they have good customer service and won't throttle access to your site if you get a temporary spike in traffic

I currently use asmallorange.com Also affordable, a lot of options and they have good customer service, as well.
